Christian Lauridsen was vaccanatied against smallpox at age 5 years, 10 months and 18 days on 15 June 1843 by a Mr. Blicker.3 Christian was confirmed at age 14 in the church, Skjern, Bølling, Ringkøbing, Denmark, on 18 April 1852.4 He did good on the doctrine part and very good on the Christian lifestyle part of his confirmation examination.5
      He appeared on the census of 1 February 1860 at Lundesmark, Skjern, Bølling, Ringkøbing amt., Denmark, as the son of Eleanore Lauridsen fodt Kissandahl He was recorded as being an unmarried 22-year-old, born in the parish he was living in, a Lutheran by religion and a joint caretaker (with his sister) of his mother6.

     Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky was also known as Anne Eleanore Zerakitsky. She was born on 4 July 1854 in Skjern, Bølling, Ringkøbing, Denmark.1 She was the daughter of Jörgen Zerakitzky and Johanne Lauridsen.1 Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky was also known as Ane Eleanora Zerakilzky. She was also listed as being born, according to her death certificate, in Copenhagen, Denmark. The information was incorrect.2 She was also listed as being born, incorrectly as to the date, in 1855 in Skjern, Bølling, Ringkøbing, Denmark.3 She was vaccinated against the smallpox on 6 August 1857 at age 3 years, 1 month and 2 days.1 She married Jendorff Peder Hartvigsen, son of Hans Peter Hartvigsen and Annie Sophia Berthelsen, on 10 November 1876 in the church, Horne, Øster Horne, Ribe amt., Denmark.3,4 Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky and Jendorff Peder Hartvigsen had 11 children. They had seven sons and four daughters, two daughters not surviving their mother.2 Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky and Jendorff lived between November 1876 and June 1877 in Grindsted, Ribe amt, Denmark. She emigrated with Jendorff Peder Hartvigsen, on 11 July 1877. Their point of origin was Denmark. The registration date, here given, was the date given to the police for leaving the country. Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky and Jendorff lived in 1877 in Queensland, Denmark.5 Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky and Jendorff Peder Hartvigsen immigrated on the ship Husarbolt on 8 October 1877 to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.6 Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky lived after 1885 in Pocket Farm, Miva Siding, Kilkivan Railway Line, Queensland, Australia.7 As of 1905, Ane Eleonore Zerachitsky was also known as Anne Ellwood Hartvigsen.8 She petitioned the Governor General to become a citizen of the Commonwealth of Australia in Miva, Queensland, Australia, on 1 November 1905.6 She was a farmer and a dairist in December 1905 in Miva Siding, Kilkivan Railway Line, Queensland, Australia.9 She was naturalized on 13 December 1905 in Gympie, Shire of Kirkivan, Queensland. She took the oath of allegiance to King Edward VII before Adam Cuppage Haldane, a police or stipendiary magistrate. It was the second time she took the oath; the first time was before a justice of the peace on 23 November---but a justice of the peace did not have the authority to take such an oath.10 She died on 2 September 1932 in General Hospital, Maryborough, Queensland, Australia, at age 78 years, 1 month and 29 days.2 The cause of Ane's death was senile debility, chronic myocarditis and cardiac failure. Her last illness lasted ten days and she was treated by Dr. W. G. Brown.11 Her obituary appeared in Maryborough Chronicle, on 3 September 1932. It read:
HARTVIGSEN - On September 2, 1932, at Maryborough, Ann Elanora, relict of the late Jendorff Peter Hartvigsen, and beloved mother of Messrs Sophus (Cooran), Julius (Imbil), Hans (Gundiah), William (Landsborough), Otto (Maryborough), Peter (Childers) and Edward Hartvigsen (Dandwra, via Warwick), and Mesdames T. Kirk (Gympie), and J. Stockwell (Bundaberg). Aged 77 years.

The death of Mrs Ann Elanora Hartvigsen, one of the old pioneers of the district, occurred at Maryborough yesterday morning after a brief illness. The late Mrs Hartvigsen was born in Denmark, and came out to Queensland in 1876. She had resided in the Wide Bay district the greater part of her life, and she was well known and highly respected. She is survived by a grown-up family of seven sons, Mesrs Sophus (Cooran), Julius (Imbil), Hans (Gundiah), William (Landsborough), Otto (Maryborough), Peter (Childers) and Edward Hartvigsen (Dandwra, via Warwick), and Mesdames T. Kirk (Gympie), and J. Stockwell (Bundaberg). She also leaves twenty-nine grandchildren. Her husband predeceased her about 27 years ago, also four daughters many years ago.
The funeral will move from the residence of her son, Mr Otto Hartvigsen, 375 Ann Street, at 12 noon, for the Maryborough Cemetery.12 She was buried on 3 September 1932 in Maryborough Cemetery, Maryborough, Queensland, Australia. The services were conducted by the Rev. Stanley T. Earl according to Baptist rites, and was witnessed by Frank Doran and S. F. Fallon.2 She appeared on the census of 1 February 1860 at 4 Ensig, Skjern sogn, Bølling, Ringkøbing, Denmark, as the child of Jörgen Zerakitzky and Johanne Lauridsen. She was recorded as being an unmarried six-year-old who was born in "this parish" (Skjern), and a Lutheran13.
