Mariah Showalter and Jacob Mathias Showalter immigrated on 3 November 1750 to Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, on the ship Brotherhood.1,2 Mariah Saunders and Jacob lived in November 1750 in Whitehall Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.3 Mariah Saunders died circa 1780.1

     Jacob Geil was born in 1746.1 He married Anna Clemmer, daughter of Henrich Clemmer and Maria (?). Jacob Geil died in 1794 at age 48 years.1 He was buried in Geil Family Cemetery, Broadway, Rockingham County, Virginia. It was once known as the Old Bowman Graveyard.1
