Know all Men by these Presents,
THAT WE, Moses S. Halteman, administrator of Christian Halteman, late of East Vincent township Chester County Pennsylvania deceased, and Christian Snyder and Milton Latshaw Sureties
are held and bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Twenty five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars, to be paid to the said Commonwealth, to which payment well and truly made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally, for and in the whole, our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, dated the First day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

The Conditions of this Obligation are Such, that if the above bounded Moses S Halteman Administrator of all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of Christian Halteman late of the township of East Vincent in said county, deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of said deceased, which have come or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Moses S Halteman or into the hands of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Register's Office, in the County of Chester, within thirty days of the date thereof, and the said goods, chattels and credits, and all other goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, at the time of his death, which at any time after shall come into the hands and possession of the said Moses S. Haltings into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him do well and truly administer according to law. And further do make or cause to be made, a true and just accounted said administration, within one year from the date thereof, or when thereunto legally required ; and all the rest and residue of said goods, chattels and credits, which shall be found remaining upon said administration account, (the same being first examined and allowed by the Orphans Court of the county having jurisdiction), shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons as the Orphans' Court, by their decree or sentence, pursuant to law, shall limit or appoint ; and shall well and truly comply with the laws of this Commonwealth relating to collateral inheritances. And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased, and the same shall be proved according to law, if he said Moses S. Halteman being thereunto required, do surrender the said Letters of Administration into the Register's Office aforesaid, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force.

CHESTER COUNTY, ss:
Walter Macfeat, being duly Affirmed according to law, declares and says that he is well acquainted with the financial standing of Christian Snyder and Milton Latshaw both of said County, offered as sureties upon his bond by Moses S Halteman Administrator within named; that the said Christian Snyder is the owner of real and personal estate in said County worth Ten thousand dollars over and above all encumbrances, and the said Milton Latshaw is the owner of real and person estate in said County worth Fifty thousand dollars over and above all encumbrances.
