THIS INDENTURE, MADE THE fifteth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine Between William S. Halteman and Ida Wood Halteman, his wife, of Northfield, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey of the first part, and
Charles T. Wolfram and Mary A. Wolfram his wife, of Northfield, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey of the second part:
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations lawful money of the United States of America
well and truly paid by the party of the second part to the said party of the first part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, ALL that certain lot of land and premises---- situated in the City of Northfield, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey--bounded and describedas follows;-
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Revere Avenue one hundred and twenty feet northwardly from the northerly line of Franklin Avenue, and extending thence northwardly along said line of Revere Avenue, sixty feet; thence (2) eastwardly in a line parrallel with Franklin Avenue, one hundred and ten feet, more or less, to the old division line; thence (3) southwardly along said division line a distance of sixty feet, more or less, to a point distant one hundred and twenty feet north of the northerly line of Franklin Avenue, if measured at right angles thereto--thence (4) westwardly parallel with Franklin Avenue, a distance of one hundred and ten feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
Being known and disignated Lot number 10, in Section 8, Map A, of Oakcrest, Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County
And part of the same land and premises which William W. Gourlay and Catherine Gourlay his wife, granted and conveyed unto the said James W. Gourlay by Deed bearing the date May 15th, 1921, and of record at the office of the Clerk for Atlantic County at Mays Landing, New Jersey in Book No. 679 of Deeds, page 212 etc. under and subject to restrictions, if any.

Together with all and singular, the buildings, improvements, woods, ways, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any wise apprtaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and the profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof:
And also, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, prossession, claim, and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in and to the said premises, with the appurtenances:

To have and to hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.

AND the said parties of the first part, for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators, do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended to be so, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof,
SHALL and WILL subject to the above WARRENT and forever DEFEND.
